I had a strange issue with collecting company that changed the status to collected 2 times while no one come to collect the parcel and passed for sure collecting date 2 times, but I am giving 4 starts beacuse of the Ecoparcel support and coordinate with collecting company, they answered my mails within mins in some cases, and contacted the collecting company and asked to send special agent to collect my parcel, we did not face any issue in delivery. I like the service and they deserver 5 starts but I give only for beacuse of the mentioned issue. Conclusion, highly recommend and I will use them again.

Package delivered safely from Spain to Germany. I sent a 27kg suitcase from Spain to Germany. If your luggage is heavier than 30kg, they might ask you to put it in a wooden box. The pick-up and delivery process was smooth. But please note that you cannot choose a specific time for pick-up. So, you might have to wait at home until it's picked up between 8AM-6PM. Might depend on your location, but I had my luggage picked up around 11 AM from city center in Barcelona. It takes around 4-5 days for delivery. My suitcase was delivered one day earlier than the estimated delivery date. It was delivered in great condition.

Reliable service, great value for money. Only reason it's not a 5 star review is that parcel tracking is below that of much more expensive competitors (like DHL).

GLS came through for us and delivered the packages days earlier than projected.
