Transporation took 6 days
EcoParcel didn’t delivery on the estimated delivery date so they wasted my whole day and I also lost an opportunity of a lifetime because of this company. They didn’t give me any information about the delivery date or time in advance.

<p>As advertised, transit time from Italy to Hungary is 2-4 business days.
Three parcels were <b>delivered on the fourth day at 09:01 and signed by the consignee</b>. All of the information is available via "My Orders" or by directly typing your Order ID into the tracking. </p>
<p>At 2024-09-04 16:35 parcel had inbound into the delivery city and was out for delivery the following morning. Moreover, an automatic email was sent to the consignee's email address on 2024-09-05 at 07:00 informing that the parcel would be delivered today.</p>
Quick and easy! I’m very satisfied with the service.

Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ecoparcel. I booked a service with them, paid £25, and waited for the scheduled pickup, but nobody showed up. I was at home the entire time, yet they later claimed I was "absent" when they attempted the collection. This is absolutely false, and when I asked for proof, they provided none. Now, despite my efforts to resolve this, they are refusing to refund my money. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that was never provided, and even worse, they seem unwilling to take any responsibility or offer any compensation. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would recommend avoiding Ecoparcel. Their customer service is unhelpful, and their accountability is nonexistent.

<p>Good afternoon,</p>
<p>As Flexible Cancellation was not selected when placing the order, in case the collection fails due to a shipper mistake, such as the wrong address or an absent shipper, a full refund is not possible due to expenses that occurred on our side. </p>
<p>A courier arrived at 2024-08-19 15:25 the first time and again the next day at 2024-08-20 17:26. As the shipper was absent twice, the collection has been deemed cancelled.</p>

I am in a need to use these serveces a few times a year. This is the 2nd time my parcel had problems. First time it was delayed collection and now it took 6 days longer for it to be delivered-and that is with me chasing ut up numerous times. Disappointed and annoyed, will need a new currier

<p>As mentioned during the booking process, the delivery time is estimated and based on 95% of cases. If the collection and delivery locations are remote as the economy-type (non-priority) service was selected delivery time might increase.</p>
Ecoparcel has really good and affordable courier service. I’ve used them 3 times already and my order came in the best condition possible.
Excelente servicio. Lo recomiendaré a todos mis amigos.
