Tutto perfetto anzi arrivati i pacchi 3 gg prima, ma la consegna in italia veramente pessima. Corriere che mi ha mollato i cartoni all ingresso del parco e se ne è andato. Neanche un aiuto veramente maleducato

Siamo contenti che i pacchi dalla Danimarca all'Italia siano arrivati addirittura 3 giorni prima del previsto, ma ci dispiace molto per il comportamento del corriere alla consegna. Lasciare i cartoni all'ingresso senza alcun aiuto e con maleducazione non è accettabile, e segnaleremo l'accaduto al partner di consegna locale.
Grazie per avercelo fatto sapere, e ci scusiamo ancora per l'ultimo tratto.

Our rates include a fuel surcharge that follows the fuel prices our delivery partners pay, so when fuel goes up, shipping prices rise with it, and they come back down the same way. On time pick-up and delivery and a good price. Picked up on day that was specified.
Delivery on day that was estimated right after booking. And a competitive price. DPD was the forwarder in the end. I just wish there was updated info about the delivery day. And not just on the morning of delivery. We booked 2 more shipments the week after. All multiple parcel shipments.

Great to hear the pick-up and delivery from Ireland to the Netherlands both happened on the days given at booking, and at a good price. Your point about the delivery day being confirmed only on the morning itself is fair, and we will pass it to our delivery partner so the estimate is shared earlier in transit.

We checked order YVBKA9: the parcel was collected in Romania on 18 August and delivered in Poland on 26 August. Transit on this route took longer than we would like, and we will raise it with our delivery partners.
