Although the service is good in terms of delivery, the order stays "In Transit" for a lot of time after the delivery and you're unable to get a receipt in the meantime. This is the 3rd time I'm facing this issue on a total of 4 orders. Do not expect me to use EcoParcel again.

We've reviewed all of your orders and can confirm that they have been marked as Completed following successful delivery. Our platform relies on tracking data imported directly from the courier handling the delivery, and updates typically occur once every 24 business hours or when the parcel enters or leaves a depot.
In some cases—such as direct transportation between countries (e.g., Portugal to Spain)—you may only see one inbound and one outbound status, as the parcel moves straight from origin to destination with minimal depot stops.
Once the courier confirms a Delivery Successful status, the order is finalized and automatically marked as Completed in our system. Invoicing for completed orders is then processed at the end of each month.

There are still some things that need work. Prices change from day to day and from hour to hour and from logged off to logged in. And there's no clear instructions to download and print a label. Thankfully, though, the courier that took my package figured it out with his headquarters. Otherwise, arrived 3 days ahead of schedule, and price was half of what it was at local post office to send a 1 kg parcel from Estonia to Poland.

To clarify: our pricing doesn’t change daily or hourly. However, there is a difference in pricing depending on whether you're logged in as a business customer or not—business accounts may see adjusted rates. Additionally, pricing is influenced by volumetric weight, which is explained during the booking process. For example, a 1kg envelope and a 1kg box sized 50x50x50cm will be priced differently due to size.
As for label downloads, you can find all related documents in the My Orders section. Under "My Documents", you’ll see a "Download Label" link for each order.
