Could you please open a ticket and share photos of the parcel you received with us?

Please note that parcels are typically not opened or manually handled; they are processed by automated sorting conveyors—unless marked as "Unconveyable" in the tracking information.

From your description, it appears the parcel may have contained a variety of items, including clothing and camping gear. If the parcel was overpacked, the securing duct tape might not have withstood the pressure, potentially leading to the issue you described.

Additionally, we noticed that the damage was not reported to the courier at the time of delivery.
