Good afternoon,
You've provided address in Bulgaria in Spanish format, including "Piso" etc.
Couriers in Bulgaria aren't familiar with that and couldn't find the address, based on the postcode provided, they delivered to closest Parcelshop to collect from it.

Update:
No, you have entered words in Spanish in Bulgarian address. It's not found on google or maps. So yes, the postcode was correct, hence courier was able to deliver to approximately close parcelshop.

The service was easy to book, and cheap compared to competitors.
However, we shipped 4 packages, and one was delivered 1 week later than the other 3, without any given reason.
We had trackers inside, se we were able to see where the package were at all times. But for transparency, I would suggest giving more live updates during the transport.
Some of the boxes had opened up at the corners, but they were also heavy, so I think that is normal from the handling.
