my order was processed very slowly and I received no email conformations. this lead me to miss a collection, re-book (pay twice) and have to contact support several times. Support was semi-helpful so overall not terrible but pretty poor

Delivered a fragile package from romania to lithuania in about a wek. All good!

There's no doubt, this is a great hands-off service. You pack your box, you go online, you generate the AWBs and pay the price - all very easy. 10/10 The only snag is that the tracking is very weak - there really is very little tracking of the parcel so on a 10 day shipment from Mainland Europe to the UK or Ireland, there could be 7 days with no updates. And that creates worry! And if you ask for more accurate info, a ChatBot responds with a standard script repeating what you see in the tracking info which effectively says, some tracking days are better than others. So only 4 stars!

Les fonctionnalités du site comme Annulation et Demande de remboursement ( suite à une erreur de commande ) ne fonctionnent pas . Il faut donc passer par le centre d'aide et la réactivité n'est vraiment pas leur point fort . En revanche les tarifs sont très corrects .
