Mi reseña no puede ser un 5 ya que hubo muchos problemas en la recogida. Muchas confusiones. Primero me dicen que no haga falta que hagamos nada, que vendrán in situ a por el paquete, luego que no, que tenemos que dejarlo en un punto de entrega. Muchos mensajes por mi parte con lo cual no me pude relajar. Finalmente, eso sí, mi paquete me llegó y todo bien. Buen precio.

During the booking process, you have the option to choose between a Door-to-Door pickup or a Locker-to-Locker drop-off at the nearest Locker or Parcelshop.

It appears you selected the Locker-to-Locker option and chose the specific locker where you intended to drop off your parcel.

In the “My Orders” section, you can verify the Drop-Off address and the clearly stated service type—Locker-to-Locker.

In other words, your booking confirms a drop-off service rather than a courier pickup. If you would like a courier to collect your parcel from your door, please select the Door-to-Door option when making your next booking.

La peor experiencia con envíos que he tenido nunca. He enviado 4 cajas de Polonia a España han llegado rotas y en muy mal estado todas las cajas y con cosas rotas en el interior y seguramente se ha perdido algo. Encima intentas poner una reclamación y no te deja. Que a nadie se le ocurra usar esta horrible web.

I’m very happy with the service provided by Ecoparcel. It was a terrible experience! A 10k worth package was travelling from Austria to Germany in a neverending loop and I could reach no one to help me out. Never again. After 14 days it was finally delivered—a very stressful experience.
