good price and customer service i received my parcel in 4 days two parcels of 30 kg.

perfect price, service and shipping. but they have to rely on the separate shippers. the courier could not find my address so I was left in the dark over the weekend. A call on monday to GLS solved the problem and the parcel was delivered within 30 minutes. Again thanks.

This parcel shipment company is offering a very competitive package with attractive prices and acceptable customer support. I felt the communication sometimes a bit sluggish but otherwise I would recommend the company.

Bien.

Fast and serious service. The only incovenience I see is not to know the time of collection, morning, afternoon or evening, at least.

I will keep using them as they have the best price and are highly reliable

I think Ecoparcel provides an economic and quality service, with fast delivery and great customer care

I've ordered 20-30 parcels in the the last 2 years and definitely, I would use Ecoparcel again. You are informed of the parcel status on the webpage every day from the collection to the delivery, safe and quick service at a very reasonable price. Customer support team is very helpful and delivers answers within an hour (many thanks to Liza who was taking care of all my questions last week on Friday)
