GREAT!. A great service. Fast, financially convenient. My parcel was ordered on Thursday from Berlin (Germany) and after a couple of days - on Monday morning- was on my doorstep in England.

Thank you very much

Very good services. Simple the best way to send and receive a parcel.
Quick and at a reasonable price, and easy booking process much improved on the new web platform

Excellent. Good, cheap, quick service like always.

Great job. Very convenience services! Booked a delivery from Spain to UK, collect on time and arrive within a week. Much cheaper than using post office and so easy to get it.

Superb service. My parcel was collected Friday Midday and arrived in Angleterre Tuesday morning 10 oclock. very happy.

Great company for shipping across Europe. Shipped with them several times and always the service was great. One tiny issue would be that the drivers or the collectors don't call before coming to pick up the packages - a bit more specificity towards the time of pick-up or delivery would be great.

todo en orden. El paquete ha llegado en tiempo marcado, 4 dias habiles.
El contenido en perfecto estado.

Fast and everything in perfect conditions. Only the collect was delayed 2 days, but after this, was very fast. Happy, good quality and price.

Puntuali e precisi. Ecoparcel è una garanzia di consegna rapida e precisa. Non ho dato 5 stelle perché ho segnalato al supporto un problema sul sito e non hanno gestito la mia segnalazione adeguatamente.

Efficient and timely. The parcel arrived on time and was easily traceable. The pick up was also smooth and efficient. The only thing which can be changed is to give a call or a headsup of a approximate time of parcel pick up as my fiance had to miss an entire day's work waiting for the guy to pick up the parcel. It would be easier to schedule the day if you know when exactly to be home. Otherwise everything was perfect, I would recommend it to everyone.
