Good service, fast and cheap

Perdieron mi maleta ya que pegaron una pegatina con la dirección y el nombre de otra persona. Deberían mantener durante todo el trayecto los datos proporcionados por el cliente. A pesar de todo la maleta llegó sana y salva.

Unfortunately, my package arrived in very poor shape. I don't recommand Ecoparcel IF what you're shipping is fragile. On the other hand, I've used this company before and it had worked well.

The best way and very easy

I sent a big package from Sweden to Italy, I got the cheapest price for the dimensions of my box. Charging the EcoBalance is easy and fast with a credit card, but it must be done before filling all the shipping details or you will have to fill them again. The courier came on the day I had requested and the package arrived in the city on the day they had estimated. I don't know why the courier said that they tried to deliver it but didn't succeed, when in fact they never did. It arrived the next day. I'm very satisfied with their service and I will use it again for sure. Highly recommended!

There is no way to communicate with with them and the parcel was delivered damaged, even after handle with care and glass stickers were applied. Its cheap for a reason! Great for sending things like teddies or footballs however...

I had ten boxes to be sent from Belgium to the UK. The guy who came to load my parcels had only nine stickers with him so he did not take one of them. Note that in the online system everything seemed fine meaning that payment had been accepted for ten boxes and ten stickers were produced. I do not know what happened; I tried to find out by calling their subcontract company (GLS Belgium) but the woman on the phone was impolite, then I filled ecoparcel's online contact form but no one ever replied!! It is very bad that ecoparcel has not a telephone! They should reply to the online queries at least! Anyway, the boxes collected arrived in the UK fast and intact. The price is very competitive so I would risk to use ecoparcel again.

I have used Ecoparcel several times to send stuff to/from different countries: Czech Republic, Hungary, Spain, UK, Ireland. Deliveries were always on time. Very satisfied with this service.

Had some luggage sent from Romania to Portugal Shipping was not regular in time (one week), but needed some help to find where they were stored, because of not being delivered. Full Support was provided by Miss Laura from Costumer Support...Highly Recomended. Will use it in the Future
