Everything was amazing, the collection the transport and the delivery, fast and cheap as alwais

They collected the parcel on Monday in Spain and I have received it on Friday morning in Copenhagen. Not the faster courier but for sure the cheaper! Everything was in perfect conditions inside the box, although it was very good packaged before sending (be sure to protect everything if you don't want to have any problem). The deliveryman phoned me when he arrived but I don't sure if all of them do it. I had read many bad opinions about Ecoparcel but it's the 2nd time I use them (with GLS like courier from Ireland and Spain to Copenhagen) and everything was perfect. I will use them again, as it's much cheaper than check-in a suitcase with Raynair from Malaga Airport to Copenhagen. Just be sure to protect everything perfectly.

My package got damage during the transit. In the end I received the non-damaged items after a week.

I was very happy with the service. Just one problem: I could not succeed on getting the promised 5€ discount for the first shipping.

The boxes were picked up the day after making the order at exactly 2pm from Venice, Italy, and were delivered to Berlin a few days later. An incredibly cheap and easy way to move house.

signed up to this service after seeing reviews on forum sites. Collection on Wednesday from central France and delivery to N. Ireland on Friday. Excellent, will use again.

Ho spedito un pacco da Dublino a Praga ed è arrivato a destinazione in una settimana esatta. Il pacco è arrivato integro e non c'è stato alcun tipo di problema. Comodo il servizio di pick up presso la propria abitazione. Sono sicura che utilizzerò il servizio per le mie prossime spedizioni.

Driver called on Monday before the parcel was picked from Spain at 4 pm and arrived on Friday 10 am in the uk . Thank you for the excellent service and fast delivery .
