I sent a package from Spain to England in just 4 days and everything arrived in perfect condition! The service is very easy to use, with good price and possibility to track the package during the transfer. Highly recommended!

W7EKPB01 - this is my tracking number. It says that the package was collected and entered the destination country. But it was not! It still stays at my home. And this is the 3-rd time it happens!

On the positive side, the price was excellent, the customer service staff were friendly and seemed to want to help. On the negative side... Their site suggests using several small parcels instead of a large, heavy one. They do not say that this will cost considerably more. Package was not collected on the booked day (with 5 days notice given) and nobody bothered to contact me. After I chased, I was told the next day, it would be collected the following day, without asking if that suited me! It was picked up and the "track" page was updated 6 1/2 hours later. Nothing was updated for 5 days. I chased an update and it took 1 1/2 days for a response, despite the support form promising "All enquiries will be answered in 6 working hours". The package arrived in excellent condition after 7 days, not the 4-6 promised on the web site. I would say that the parcel was handled well and the price was right. But, the utter lack of communication, no telephone number for customer services, the delays, the let downs, the vague tracking page, and the need to stay in for possibly days for pick up and certainly for delivery make this service too basic and unreliable. It needs to have a more detailed track page, a telephone contact and promises honored.

Be careful with this company. The parcel was collected out of date and then after 18 days the it was not delivered. No communication, they do not provide a good way of communication and it take too much time to obtain any answer. Horrible experience.

I've booked a collection for the 20th of December but no one went to collect the parcel and also no one rang to explain why. When I sent a message to their customer service department, as there is no telephone number available, they apologise and said they will pick it up the day after, which end up in no one collecting it again. I have contact them then to cancel the freight which they did, but still, one week later they went to try to pick up the parcel saying now that the collection was cancelled because the shipper was absent, which is a lie. In the meanwhile I have requested, four times, for a refund for the job not done, but no one replies to my request. Complete terrible experience.

Ecoparcel claimed that no one was available when they tried to pick up my shipment from a DSV warehouse. Instead of making a second attempt they cancelled my order without notifying me. When I tried to search for my shipment 10 days later I'm just told to rebook or get a refund. I just wanted my shipment to happen quickly. Very poor customer experience. Their customer service function does not reply to your questions so basically you are left on your own
