It was suggested I use this company to send a parcel from Spain to the UK so I booked and paid using their webpage service - no other option available. Order placed last week on Thursday with an online assurance of collection on Friday. After waiting in all day - no collection happened so I emailed customer service - no other option available. I got a reply from Melissa in customer services with an apology saying she would contact the courier and my parcel was re-scheduled for collection on Monday - obviously no service over the weekend. This immediately meant my parcel was not going to get to the UK quickly. So, after waiting all day on Monday - still no collection - I looked at my order status on their website and found a message which read "Collection problem - Lack of time" and it was timed at 10:26 am!!! I had wasted another day and no apologies from Ecoparcel.eu. Having now read Trustpilot reviews which show shabby and untrustworthy service - I have cancelled my order and requested a refund - I am going to send my parcel by a reputable and reliable company. I will report back on Trustpilot to update on how swiftly my refund appears - watch this space. UPDATE I have now received my refund and it was returned to me very swiftly - certainly nothing to complain about my customer service experience. My case was dealt with by Melissa who I must say paid total attention to my complaint and was very polite and helpful. I hope Ecoparcel promote her from trainee very soon. I just wish they were able to work with reliable courier services!

My item was picked up on Tuesday and delivered the next Monday. Fast, recommended.

Worst parcel delivery ever. I had a very bad ecoparcel experience when sending three parcels from the Netherlands to Italy. Only 2 of them arrived at the destination. The company lost one out of my three boxes and dealt with it by not answering my messages. I was advised to "kindly check with the neighbours" and despite purchasing the insurance I haven't received any refund. Ecoparcel won't refund you and definitely won't help out in case there is a problem with the delivery, they simply ignore you. Avoid at all cost! They made me lose a lot of money and time. The Ecoparcel insurance is a scam, if you use eco parcel, (I advice you NOT) but if you have to, always take the cheaper option without insurance, since they won’t give you any refund anyway. And always put your contact details on each parcel, because if you don’t, there’s no way of finding your parcel if it gets lost.

Pretty awful. Three times my parcel was returned stating I had given the wrong address, I hadn't. Fourth time it finally arrived, undamaged but very late. Customer service doesn't exist, automated apologies only.

As usual, service perfect. took and delivered in perfect conditions and in less than 3 days from Italy to Hungary. It was even valuable items inside the package and nothing was damaged or stolen. To recommend.
