After reviewing your order, it appears that no damage was reported to the courier at the time of delivery, nor was there any visible damage to the outer packaging. As a result, our standard policy allows for compensation only in cases where damage to the goods themselves is clearly documented.

However, we have received your ticket and would be happy to assist you further. Could you please provide photographs of the delivered parcel—showing both the exterior packaging and the contents inside? Once we have these images, we will update your order in our system and guide you through the compensation process.
