Worse company, I have dealt with ever. Booked and paid for 3 times for collection of parcels. It was never collected and I was charged. They refunded partial payment. I lost my clients because of them.

According to the GPS tracker on our courier’s van, the courier arrived at the shipper’s address on 31/01/2025 at 14:48:48.

Other parcels were collected successfully and are currently in transit to different countries across the EU.

Since the flexible cancellation option was not selected and no one was available at the address, we have had to cancel the collection.

At this stage, you have the following options:

• Rebook the Collection: You may arrange an additional collection attempt for a fee of €5.
• Request a Refund: Should you prefer a refund, please note that a cancellation fee of €6 will be applied to help cover the costs incurred by the courier’s travel and time.
