The worst Customer service bar none. No response from Facebook or from their own help desk after many days of trying to contact. I think this may be a scam website as we have literally tried everything to contact them. Now they are not giving back our money. Which is worrying. I think I will call Police and see if office in London is a fake or real address. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE AND USE ANYBODY ELSE.

Otherwise great but I did not find any information beforehand. So because our adress is strictly secret, I did not write it on the web-blanket. I thought I will take the parcel to post-office. Which I finally did after given some instructions. Afterwise great!

Great service with fast delivery!

Quick and great service! 5 days (including weekend) for the package to be delivered. The condition of the package was very good at arrival. The package was full of glass which was in good condition. Will definitely recommend.

Pretty fast shipping, the only problem was a 2 days delayed pick up due to the Christmas period

Excellent service. Box arrived in Ireland (from France) intact and within a week. I would’ve given 5 stars but I’d greatly appreciate if the delivery time could be narrowed down slightly. I know that in the terms and conditions it is stated that the deliverer may not phone to say at roughly what time s/he is calling, but it would be great if they could!! Thank you

Honestly couldn’t fault it. Seamless ordering online, followed by quick collection and delivery to Spain within 4 days. Have already ordered another parcel for delivery and will definitely use again in future!
