I shipped a package with ecoparcel, the package never arrived and I was informed that they had lost it. I made a claim to receive a refund since I had insured the package (this was in October). After dozens of e-mails I still haven't even received an answer for my claim and now it January.

I do recommend this company. Everything worked out very well for a cheap price. The box took more time to arrive than expected, but it is Xmas time, it is understandable.

ordered on 15th Dec...delivered on 27th Dec a bit over the promised 3-5 working days. However it was the christmas period so understandable. Other than that the service was very good...would recommend and use again. Overall the experience is very good, good communications, good customer service and good tracking information thank you

No customer service - 2 parcels lost. Sent 2 parcels using Ecoparcel (November 2017)- one for the UK and one for Germany. The currier (GLS) mixed up the two parcels (which both had the right Ecoparcel label) - so the parcels ended up in the wrong countries. Have been in contact with Liza from Ecoparcel app. 6 times since the incident. She has promised to solve the problem but nothing has happened. I'll try to solve this issue through Trustpilot - hoping that Ecoparcel will act. Regards Jesper

Very efficient, prompt and easy to deal with. Very straightforward booking process, prompt pick-up, minimum delays over festive season, very happy customer.

All was good.

Collection of our parcel was delayed and we could not get any information about the reasons nor about when we could expect it to happen. Fortunately, after the collection a couple of days later, all went well and the parcel was delivered successfully.

Service provided as expected. Picking up could have been better as driver parked van not very close and then “invited” me to carry the box myself as for him it seems heavy.
