My package did not arrive at the destination. They did not respond to my complaint either. This was in April and until now I have not received any news. Last week I sent another package and tomorrow it should arrive at its destination in Poland but in the follow-up I see that it is still held in Madrid. I think I'll make the next shipment with another parcel

The service was great with no problems. It arrive to destination in 7 days. However, if you try to contact them is a bit difficult.

I had a problem with te service when I was making the booking. I booked twice because the web didn't send a confirmation and it was just one. Then I tried to cancel one of them and don't get any answer. I'm still waiting.
