Your order form says 2-5 days delivery. The oarcel was picked up 10th December. It goes DAYS during the transport when there is NO update and when there finally is onerhete are many but with Inbiund Italy-Outbound Italy at the exact same time so you have no idea of where it is or what is going on. Then you send a message with Successfully delivered on 23rd December when in fact you had to deliver it to a neighbour because now the consignee has left for Christmas without their Christmas gift! Adjust your estimated time frames online to match reality and don't give me any lame excuses about Christmas period starting 10th December. I used to work in transports exactly between Sweden and Italy and 5 days would be fair, even 7 maybe around this time if year, but 13 days is way too long.

We are very sorry about the delay.
Our delivery time (lead time) is based on average delivery times throughout the year, which is the usual estimated delivery time. During the seasonal peaks, lead times increased for some deliveries, but not all.
Moreover, the delivery times displayed are from capital to capital in the selected countries.
Parcels did arrive in Italy on the estimated time.
As your delivery location was remote in the South of Italy, it took longer than expected to transport your parcel from the Inbound depot in the North of Italy to the South due to increased demand throughout the network.
Ecoparcel change without asking the delivery adress I put in the first place, so the labbel I get is incorrect. I could not leave the package at the pick up point and they did not want to refund me or simply change the adress. It seems easy to me. I am very disappointed with this service and I hope this review will be useful to fix my problem. I have been waiting so many days.
