Fantastic!. This was my first time using ecoparcel, and I have to say that I am impressed. They picked the delivery from the location in Spain, and sent me a confirmation pick up email. It arrived to Ireland within a week. They even sent me another email to let me know that the parcel was out for delivery!
Will definitely use it again, good job!!

Excellent service. I would recommend this service to anyone, Fast, safe and on time. I could not ask better.

Basically great at the price, but don't expect any support or answers to questions. I'm giving it 5 stars because essentially, for the price and considering it is Christmas, my stuff got from country 1 to country 2 safely and affordably.

I guess if they had proper customer support who actually responded with something you didn't already know and actually did something to answer any real questions they'd be more expensive.

Overall, great affordable service, just do not expect any bells, whistles or even a meaningful answer to a support request.

Cheap, easy, reliable. It was cheap, the courier came to collect it, no need to print out the label or anything. Great.

Fast service!. I have been using this service over the years from UK, SWE, PT, ES, never failed me. While they used to be a bit rough with handling packages in the past, recent packages have been arriving faster and in better conditions. Cheap, fast, reliable! Thanks!

Good condition. This time my package arrive in perfect condition.

In general good sevice. Good service except for the delivery, we had to pick up the package downstairs in the portal of the building because the delivery man told it was too heavy (15 kg)
