I used Ecoparcel to pick up a parcel in hotel in Rome and deliver it to Brussels. I found those dealing with my inquiries very helpful and the pick-up and delivery was extremely efficient. Before booking Ecoparcel I had checked a number of companies and Ecoparcel was the cheapest for the locations involved.

VERY GOOD SERVICE

All went good. Parcel arrived in 4 working days, boxes had no damages. Good value for quality and money. Thanks

Got really bad service. My parcel was in an odd size, and ecoparcel never told me, just left the parcel in a warehouse. Had to report it missing before they returned it. And still charged full price. I NEVER USE ECOPARCEL AGAIN.

An exellent way to make your parcel easy and affordable

Excellent service. The package arrived fast and in perfect condition. Received a mail on the delivery day so I was ready waiting for it, just great!

perfect service at good cost

Excellent service again, thank you. Parcel collected day promised and tracking very easy to follow ...would recommend to anyone. Karen
