parcel in exellent condition and in time

Its the firs time send I used this company and they doo a good job and in time. I recomand to enyoane.

I have used it many times and it went well. But the courier should call if nobody opens the door. This time he did not and they have to deliver again the day after

Perfect experiance

I have used ecoparcel before - it's a goid, timely and trustworthy service

We used the service to pick up in Italy and transport to Germany several times already. Everything run smoothly. Even the journey of the packages was always the same, parcels arrived not all at the same day. But we're super pleased. Would be even better, if we could actually see which postal service is doing the job.

Very good UX interface. Simple clean website. Payment easy to understand. Delivered ontime.

I had no problems with my luggage

I am very disappointed about your services, my parcel arrived all dameged, and it was put in other box , and my stuff from the inside was broken .

Great support, fast and quick response
