Awesome Service! Send a parcel from Northern Ireland to Germany. Ordering on the Web, picking up on time & the very speedy delivery let me easily give a 5 Star Rating. Together with the very good price/performance ratio a service I can truly recommend.

Excellent, simple to use service.

Incase of delivery time and price i m perfectly happy but they dont deliver door to door as their customer service told me they do but reality is diffrent no help was their while collecting or delevering. so keep in mind if u send heavy luggeges like me. they broke wheels of my luggeges too.

The only not-so-positive aspect is the wide time frame within which the parcel can be picked up and delivered; knowing only the date but not the estimated time can be very inconvenient. Otherwise, a great service.

The boxes were not collected on the date that was confirmed and I received no notification about it nor anyone replied to my email. When the courier arrived for collection, I had to handle the boxes as they were big and he was not really willing to carry them. I was leaving the country and this affected seriously my leave and some other things I had to deal with.

Ecoparcel has collected and delivered perfectly on time.

Parcel delivered to incorrect address. Poor communication, hard to get a response.
