We are a business and, unfortunately, have had very poor experiences with this shipping service over our last three orders. In every case, the packages were not collected as scheduled. Instead, the pickup date was postponed by one day, day after day.
As a business, reliable and punctual pickups are essential. These repeated delays made it difficult for us to meet our delivery commitments to our customers. As a result, we find the service unreliable and cannot recommend it for business use.

The platform super ok, but delivery carrier, GLS in this case, has kept delivering really deteriorated boxes. The packages looks terrible. For ecoparcel 5 stars.

everything went well, the pickup was on time and the package arrived at the destination a day earlier than estimated and the package was clean and intact after the trip. the tracking didn't work completely in real time, but otherwise everything worked well.
