customer service is incredibly slow, the pricing is good but if there is an issue with a parcel it is not resolved quickly. at times they do not get back to you.

The customer service is very bad, and the website works quite poorly. The only good thing I have found so far is the price. I will look for other options if something doesn't change at Ecoparcel.
