So far first experience of collection was good and the platform is easy to use, the delivery time exceeded slightly but the parcel arrived in good condition. I will use the service more often to see if it continues to be good and we might have found the most affordable way of shipping on the market.
Very good prices for shipments up to 30kg. Door-to-door service. You receive instructions and luggage labels in advance and within a week (depending on the destination) you receive your shipment.

At the moment, over 30 of your parcels are in transit, and none of them have been lost.
As we explained yesterday, one parcel wasn’t delivered due to an incorrect address. Today we’ve forwarded the correct address to the local depot, and the parcel will be put out for delivery on the next business day.
Transit times from Poland to Italy typically range from 2 to 4 business days; in most cases, parcels are delivered on the third business day (picked up on Monday, delivered on Wednesday).
