The delivery was about 5 days late to compare with the inicially planned one. Also, one of the packages was saying that it was already delivered and it was only couple days after. Nobody answered the message I have sent to support.
From 4 packages I sent, 2 went perfectly well, and I had issues with the other two.

Many shipments have always gone well, but when a problem arises, there's no help and you're left alone. This shipment was delivered to the BRT point and sent by them to LDV, it's been on the way since the 10th, with no updates! Where is it? Why isn't it updated? I opened a ticket and no one responded to analyze the problem.
