I don't know this lady. I called the GLS customer service line and the operator gave me the courier's phone number. I called the courier and he said that he doesn't deliver in Rovinka. The parcel is lost. Please find our parcel and deliver it to us.

I dont trust this company anymore.They have misplaced my parcel and it is impossible to get a solution. It is mean to be 24 hours response and when they response there is no solution. No one reply all nonsense

GXKDK9 Shipment shipped on December 10, still on its way with no updates. I opened a ticket several days ago, and they responded with automated systems without solving the problem or assisting me. They closed the ticket without having resolved the issue. I AM ASKING FOR REAL ASSISTANCE IN RESOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM WITH A PERSON WHO CAN HANDLE THIS SHIPMENT.
