Excellent service. Perhaps just a little bit too much information via email. Personally, I'm only interested in when my parcel leaves Spain and reaches it's final destination.
On March 29th, I have passed an order for a shipment between Coimbra (Portugal) and Goteborg (Sweden). My parcel was picked up on later on March 30th. While the transit delay announced in the Ecoparcel website is 2-4 days, I have unfortunately only receive my package yesterday, on April 11th at 20h. In other words, more than 12 days after pick-up, or 3 times longer than the upper delivery delays announced by Ecoparcel. And even if we only consider working days, I would like to note here that we are still at the double of the upper delivery delay announced (8 working days)! Moreover, my parcel has been stored for more than 3 days in a warehouse, without me being informed about the whereabouts of my parcel. I believe that all the above mentioned dysfunctions are a clear breach of normal commercial transactions and a lack of respect of the announced service conditions.
