Parcels always arrive in a reasonable time and tracking them is very easy. Recent improvements to the website have vastly improved the experience.

I used Ecoparcel for a long time and more or less it works fine, until the last time I used when I sent 2 packs and a luggage: one of the packs was completaly destroy and the luggage was open (they aslo took care to steal a 2 euros locker) . Important to remember the parcels were insured to an amount of 900 euros, 30 euros more payed for nothing!!!
Delievery taken much more time (7 work days or 11 calendary days) than promised (3-4 work days) between Portugal and Sweden
* No show,- first parcel collect. * Deliveries and Collection times should be more exact. "Between 8 am and 6 pm" is not good enough.
