Dont use this company, extremely poor service, and as far as i know they cheet outrigt on the payment - Goods delivered though, which of course is great - unfleksible ordersystem, no changes allowed - even when I cancelled the order just after I made it, someone tried to pick up parcel anyway - draw money on a cancelled order??? - compleks customersystem and inadequate and directly stupid response

The delivery was maybe a little later than it was supposed to, probably because it was travelling during the easter holidays. Unfortunately the package it was sent in was damaged, in my opinion due to the fact that it wasn't sent in a carboard, but a plastic box. But overall I am satisfied with the experience and would totally use the service again!
The initial collector was a bit rude.. however, overall, the service was very smooth
I used this service to transfer my 25 KG bag from belgium to germnay. The price was low and service was good. The packet can be traced easily from their website.
