Good and reliable service
All good, no problems
I had some minor issues (delays) with my local GLS provider, which, I guess was out of Ecoparcel's responsibility, but in the end, everything went smooth. The website has an excellent step-by-step tracking system, and the service was way cheaper than all the other local providers. The parcel was picked from my door in Denmark and delivered to the address in Romania without any problem. Highly recommend Ecoparcel services.
Used Ecoparcel on a number of occasions and they are an effective company. Had a problem with the company services once as they offered me an availability for the parcel to be picked-up on a UK bankholiday which was a mistake on their part and ended up on a wild goose chase for a couple of days as you can't get hold of customer services over the phone, email only. After a long painful experience, it was resolved in the end. Used the company since after the incident and all okay. Just be aware when booking, from the UK, to check the dates offered are not bank holidays.
