I am not surprised My reason: Ordered pickup on Wednesday, promised i ton Friday, Monday evening the package is till not picked up, making me run out of the Return Policy deadline of a GBP 240 item. Europarcel not only cost me money for nothing it has caused me financial loss by giving false promises. I am happy to iron these out with them, should I receive a response to my complaint sent via e-mail. However, there is silence on the other side.
Your good company charged for an order, never confirm or give a pick up date or respond my complaint!
