El precio es normal, hay otros servicios similares mas económicos, la recogida es como mínimo para el día siguiente, hay otros servicios que te recogen el mismo día. La entrega bien, según lo contratado. Buen servicio en general, aunque se podría mejorar, sobre todo el precio.

The service was very good, parcel picked up as stated and delivered within time frame. Parcel in good condition on arrival. This was really important to us as it was a guitar. Would use again and recommend. A little more detail on the tracking information would be helpful.
