Packets arrived with some delay due to some misinformation from the customer service in the first place. However, friendly customer service, issues got solved and packets arrived in the end. Will clearly recommend Ecoparcel.eu, I cannot imagine that the won't get 5 stars next time.

Good prices, good delivery speed, but the carrier seemed to be too careless. The boxes should certainly be well packed, but it doesn't mean they can threw it away with no care.
