Good service just a little delay for the delivery but they are working good
Excellent company! From Spain (Andalucia) to Poland only 4 days, for very good price with insurance. The box is in good condition. I would recommend this company.

Unpleasant experience with guy collecting boxes, poor english, unfriendly and arrogant attitude
My package was picked up successfully, but after that it has all gone wrong. It was supposed to go from Czech Republic to Finland, but tracking showed it as ended up in a warehouse in Portugal. I contacted customer service which replied nicely that she would notify warehouse to send it to Finland as soon as possible. Now it has been marked as "outbound" for many days, and I've tried to contact customer service to receive an update and know if it has been sent, or where the parcel is, but I have not received any reply. Price is cheap and I'm willing to forgive first mistake, but now it's already 14 days since pickup, and I have no idea where in the world my package is.
