I shipped several parcels and everything went smooth. Although I would love to receive a confirmation email or some sort of notification after the payment. I shipped a 50 kg box and I was requested to ship it from a business address 1 day after the payment. This type of info should be shared before the payment in my opinion
Quick, correct and good price.
The parcel was delivered without signature and without any contact with the recipient. The parcel was thrown over a wall to the property. The recipient found the parcel the next day and it was lucky that the guard dog had not eaten it. Not good at all.
