Servizio incredibilmente competitivo per il prezzo e per la velocità di consegna. Dall'Inghilterra all'Italia ha impiegato soli 4 giorni partendo il lunedì è arrivando il giovedì. Il Corriere sembra partire dalla città di provenienza per fare tappa in Belgio e poi da lì essere dirottato in Italia con corriere GLS. Purtroppo il servizio di tracciatura del pacco da soltanto informazioni sommarie sullo stato della consegnae non è aggiornato in tempo reale. Ma se utilizzate un servizio di tracking potreste usare il codice numerico sulla label da stampare e scegliere come metodo di tracciamento corriere GLS per avere qualche info in più. Devo dire che sono stato molto fortunato nel trovare questo servizio e mi ritengo soddisfatto sia per il prezzo pagato per 30 kg ovvero solo €31 meno €5 di bonus di benvenuto quindi appena €26, che per la velocità di consegna sopra le aspettative. Ovviamente nessun problema con la merce che è arrivata sana e salva senza alcun tipo di ammaccatura.
I am not at all happy with this service, the courier turned up at the specified collection address and didn't ring the bell or call the mobile and just left a card saying he had called. My friend had waited in all day and now I cannot contact anybody at Ecoparcel because they have no contact number or any other way of getting in touch. They haven't even contacted me to inform me. So because of the lack of competence and customer care I would not ever use this company again. My parcel is now left in limbo and I don't know what will happen now!! ......very unhappy!
