Pessima esperienza. Mi hanno PERSO il pacco!!! Nonostante l'assicurazione NON MI HANNO RESTITUITO UN CENTESIMO, visto che sostengono che per iniziare le procedure bisogna mandar loro gli scontrini delle cose contenute nel pacco........ SERVIZIO CLIENTI INEFFICIENTE, non mi hanno nemmeno più risposto. Inutile dire che non mi rivolgerò mai più a loro.
Worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Parcel lost in transport and no refund received. It is not even possible to contact their customer support because they just selectively choose not to reply to your messages. Better shell out the money to something more expensive to at least receive your stuff.
Fast and economic That's what it is
Very fast and easy shipping. Boxes arrived in perfect condition. Very competitive price.
Cheap and efficient
The delivery was great and really fast. I just missed the information about which company was taking care about the delivery, and therefore, some more details about the tracking.
The parcel came in 5 business days and in perfect conditions. Would use eco parcel again for sure
Service was fast and precise. I sent two packages from Czech Republic on Thursday and on Tuesday they arrived to Italy. I would recommend this service and would use it again in future. I gave 4 star just because I would have had more and clearer info in the shipping tracking. But apart from that, everything went well.
Pick up time & delivery times are some what stuck in the 80's ( between 8am - 6pm) no narrower time gape nor in an advance alert is possible for the non business customers. Otherwise delivery was successful, good and significantly cheaper then all other web explored options. Would deffenatly recommend Ecoparcel delivery services to my friends.
