Is just perfect. I sent parcel Ireland in wed. And i get in Fri to france. Thanks so much for the service.

The parcel hasn't arrived and I haven't recieved any reply from support team.

This is the best courier service in the whole of Europe. I wish they can extend this service to other parts of the world like Africa

Have used them on a number of occasions to send parcels between the UK and Spain and to other EU countries. Always the cheapest quote I found, appears to be a good level of insurance (although never used it) and very good service. The one time they messed up they were very good at rectifying the situation.

The parcel pick up was great and the parcel arrived really quick. All together a good service I would recommend everyone who wants to send a parcel overseas.

I would give less that one star if it was possible. never use this service as they are very very bad. I shipped my parcel from Barcelona to Berlin and it is more than 2 weeks that I have not heard anything about it. Ecoparcel is not answering and there is no update on their website as well. on the date of picking up the package, the post refuse also to pick up the box as he said it is so heavy! so stupid. 3 days after my package was taken, ecoparcel emailed me that tomorrow they will come to pick up! what does it even mean? they are super slow and there is not a single number to call them. I am sending many emails to them but no answer. Total scam. never never never use them!!!!!

I sent 5 parcels from London to Murcia (Spain). They took them the day I selected and arrived in 7 days.

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.
