As before, everything went so smoothly and within the time frame. So easy to book online, great updates, no worries and a good price.
Parcel arrived on time and good shape but they did not mind to reach the person indicated as recipient and they left the parcel in the lobby, where they state an unknown consignee in the report of delivery.
Dear Ecoparcel, I sent my parcel from France on the 21th of August and it still didn't arrive. Its written, that its in the warehouse somewhere in Hungary.....but where??? in which city??? The ID of my parcel is : W5X9XV01, please send me the exact address of my parcel or the tracking number or any information! regards, Krisztina Adam
