Apart an initial misunderstanding for the collection, the service was very efficient.
The shipment is very cheap and it takes the same time of booking it on other sites, but it way less expensive. All the process is smooth and clear. Highly recommended!
Good morning, The package number JNR5Y6 was received in The Netherlands at the expected date, however I was disappointed with the delivery service due to a whole found in the box delivered, although it was clearly stated that it was fragile. It seemed to be intentionally done. Fortunately, there was nothing missing from the box, nevertheless, I expect a more profesional care when delivering to another country. I use delivery services often and I would like to be able to trust your company. I would like to send you pictures attached of how the box got to its destiny.
