We are sorry to hear about your concerns. However, after carefully reviewing the details, we are unable to identify the issue mentioned in your review.
You indicated that the parcel was collected on February 3. However, our records show that the only order created was on February 10, with a scheduled collection on February 12 (Spain - Slovakia). Our courier arrived on February 12 at 17:38 and spoke with you directly, but no parcel was available for collection at that time.
Subsequently, after a week, a new shipment was booked from Slovakia to Spain. This parcel was successfully collected and delivered in Murcia without any reported issues.
At this stage, we are unable to find any shipment matching the details of a parcel collected on February 3 or any indication of a lost parcel.
We kindly ask you to double-check the shipment details or provide any additional information (such as an order or tracking number), so we can investigate this further and assist you accordingly.
