Mi valoración es baja. Tardaron, en el últmo envío 2 días y medio en efectuar la recogida y nunca saben cuándo van a pasar. Se limitan a decir que pasarán de 8 a 18h. Son 10 horas de "secuestro", cuando lo habitual en Tpte son 2 horas, tampoco indican la fecha en que pasarán. Sería más fácil si dieran un término horario menor y la fecha real en la que pasarán, esto agilizaría el trámite y no perjudicaría ls planes personales y profesionales.
I have used ecoparcel couple of times now and received through it as well. A friend had suggested it and I think it is the best value for money service that exists out there, specially when you are not in rush to send the parcels and they can take couple of days extra. This is also a good way to be green and eco friendly and use up the free space. highly recommended.

I made the parcel booking online. The process was fast and efficient. The prices are very competitive compared to other carriers!! They also offer 5 euro discount on the first order. The order was picked up as planned, with no delay and I could keep track of the parcel through the website. I totally recomment Ecoparcel! Super satisfied, thank you.
