The website was easy to use, and delivery was prompt. The quotation was lower for a one-day delivery than most of the other courier services quoted for a two-day delivery. Highly recommended.

I am so happy i have found Ecoparcel. I was moving countries and it was really great service for money. It is simple and fast. My box arrived within 6 calendar days to one of the destinations. I still have few boxes left to send and i am sure I will use them again.

The parcel was delivered successfully and without any damage. Customer service was replying fast via email. However, the parcel was collected one day late and delivered one day late. On the day of picking up/delivery, they said that it can be collected anytime between 8am-18pm so basically, it's two days waiting home for nothing.... Apart from that, smooth service.
