Quick and reliable
All was perfect.
Online booking was easy and hassle free BUT what followed unfortunately was not. Booking made on 7/11 for collection on 9/11. Courier did not turn up. Re-book collection and package was collected on 10/11. Package meant for UK from Madrid but circulated around Spain for 4 days then on 14/11, package was logged as being in Milan, Italy. ITALY?????? What was it doing there? Trying to contact ecoparcel is not straight forward but managed to register my concern as to the whereabouts of my parcel. No response for 3 days. Package finally arrives in the UK and was delivered on 17/11. So happy that package got here but service and more importantly, communication, could be better.

Absolutely fabulous - inter EU delivery of a bed crib within 4 days - impeccable service!! I cannot recommend enough, and will use again for sure!
