Ecoparcel is a scam! It's been 5 months for me to lose my suitcase, I have made continuous complaints by submitting receipts for money repayment, I sent a receipt with a receipt and I rejected it. Do not you think it's a scam? It's not a serious business!
Collected on schedule and arrived on schedule. Excellent service. I was worried that a high value item was under-insured having misread the number of zeros but there was no problem just a few sleepless nights!
