Awful! The parcel did not get collected for 8 days since the order day!
Everything went well, some improvements will be needed on the application side because I saw a bug with the weight calculator, dosn't calculate always in real time, price changes at the end of the order Keep up the good work!

Perfect service and good prices. I would give 5 starts if they can say more or less the estimation time of arrival,so I don't need to spend the whole day at home. But the parcel has been picked up and delivered from door to door in good conditions.
Excellent service from start to delivery. I sent a parcel from Sweden to France, the pickup was on time and it was delivered to my sister today. It took four days from pickup in Sweden to safe delivery to France. Excellent service and the best priced that I could find. I would definitely use them again

I did not need to worry at all though, as your service once collected was excellent, and the info., was readily available through your track and trace. I did not expect this to arrive as fast as it did, so well done to all involved, and will definitely use you again, as you are more competitive than my previous Company, and you have saved me £10 on this delivery. After 12 days still waiting for a package send from Ireland to The Netherlands...... ridiculous!!! Worst I have ever experienced with parcel delivery.
