I have left headphones at the hotel - Athens, Greece, realized this after returned home - Cracow, Poland. In communication with the hotel, placed order with Ecoparcel to pickup my headphones from them and deliver home. Akk worked perfectly, fast, professional, efficient and well communicated.

As a disaster! You broke one of the parcels I sent. The table is completely ruined. The packaging was perfectly done with different layers of bubble wrap and thick carton paper. You still managed to break it completely. Your system doesn't let me submit the claim.
