Excellent and fast service. Superb customer service
I was waiting all the for pick up my boxes. They arrive at 5:30 with out notice. I pay almost 200 pounds but the hours to wait are too long between 8-6. You can lose one day. In another hand 5/6 boxes arrive perfect on time, one arrive 2 days later.
My package arrived opened, perforated and with some of the contents broken...it's unacceptable
Czekałam cały dzień na paczkę. Email o anulacji odebrania paczki dostałam rano o 10 - niestety nie sprawdziłam w ten dzień poczty i nawet nie przyszpuszczałam, że zamówienie może być bez powodu anulowane. Myślałam, że w przypadku anulacji przyjazdu kogoś zadzwoni ktoś do mnie, bo przecież po coś podawałam mój numer telefonu..
Everything went smoothly with Ecoparcel, from order and collection through to delivery. Delivered on time. Good value, reliable service. Would fully recommend.
